The Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has reprogrammed the Emergency Alert System Test Reporting System (ETRS) to allow for the filing of ETRS Form One for the 2025 Test Cycle.
The deadline set in ETRS is Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
As of 2PM EST, other FCC filing systems, including the License Management System (LMS), which is used for broadcast applications; the Universal License System (ULS), which is used for wireless services, including broadcast auxiliary and amateur radio service applications and the Online Public Inspection File (OPIF) systems remain unavailable. REC is frequently monitoring these systems and will announce when they return.
